Emmy Award Nominee Gregory Itzin Returns

As the country reels from the day’s devastating events, stalwart President Taylor attempts to resuscitate the peace agreement, the cornerstone of her administration. Much to her dismay, she is forced to solicit the services of disgraced former President Logan (guest star Itzin). The clue is the S in the TV rating. The “unthinkable” might not necessarily be a bad thing. There have been tired cliches on the show, but it would be really bad to ask Jack to sacrifice anyone else. Today’s Jack would probably let terrorists win to save someone he loves. I just want to see him hand-to-hand against a bad guy and it be someone we might think could beat Jack.

It took some digging, but I found this from an interview with Annie Wersching.

PW: Lots of characters have been so badly burned by the events of one day they return the next season with the potential to switch sides, do you think Renee would ever turn against Jack?

Annie: I don’t think she would ever be a Tony — but then again, you never know! We’re only on episode 18, so we’ll see. But I think the reason she’s so completely dangerous this year is because she has nothing to lose! She doesn’t care if this mission kills her and that’s what Jack is really worried about, that Renee will just lose herself in this undercover world. Because the only thing more dangerous than a hero or a villain is the wild card!

Jack love renee but we see that she love him … i wish next nice saison ‘ saison 9 ‘ do it together (Jack and renee) so 24 + 24 = 48 so seed me 2 episode in one time ;)
