24: Legacy Episode 11 Promotional Photos

FOX has released the official promotional photos for 24: Legacy Episode 11 and we have them below.

The images show Director of National Intelligence Donald Simms being held at gunpoint by John Donovan. Eric Carter was also in the room alongside him, although he appears to split up, presumably to be a lookout and defend against reinforcements.

Need a quick refresher? In the most recent episode, Jennifer (the mistress with the bomb strapped to her) revealed that the terrorists who held her captive mentioned the phrase “East July” several times. Andy traced this back to classified files in the DNI office that he was unable to access. So Eric and Donovan are teaming up and going there in person to uncover the truth.

Over on the CTU side of things, we get our first look at Daniel Pang (guest star C.S. Lee) who is brought in to oversee operations in Rebecca’s absence.

But most importantly, the moment we’ve all been waiting for – Tony Almeida gets to finally do something! It took long enough. Tony is packing some pretty impressive firepower with his mercenary girlfriend Sidra (Moran Atias) also by his side.

It most certainly looks that way if you watch the 2nd promo video as well. Tony is gun for hire with no allegiance but to Rebecca. Watch out folks, Tony and The Laser Pointers are coming to a TV screen near you.

But you have to remember that Tony will probably take the entire hour to arrive and the episode will end with him pointing the gun at whatever he’s pointing at….

Surely this is a photoshop? Tony can’t actually have something to do, right?

Joking aside, seems us Tony fans finally have something to be excited about again. Looks pretty badass.

After those Episode 7 promos that made it look like Tony was going to be back in action only for us to realize that he was downgraded into a five minute cameo where he just stands around and talks, I’m not getting my hopes up. I’ll watch, of course, but I’m not expecting much.

So, this falls in line with the “Tony and Carter are on a collision course” line that one of the creators said. Question is, though, how will Tony’s alleged redemption come into play here? Carlos Bernard implied it as did Howard Gordon.

Maybe thew redemption is he gets twice as much screen time this week. lol

Yep–TWO whole minutes…at the end of the episode. One minute to set up his sniper gun and scope and the other to aim it at Carter and say “I’m taking him out”–episode ends.

if 24 Legacy was 24 episodes Tony would have a lot more to do on 24 Legacy

Yeah, he’d have twice as many episodes where he stands around doing nothing for one minute while all the uninteresting new characters around him solve all the problems without his help.
