24 Season 8 episode 22 with Jack Bauer (or Darth Bauer/Iron Jack as fans called him) donning black body armor and kidnapping Charles Logan made the list of TV.com’s year end top 100 moments of 2010 list. It came in at a very nice 20th place.
20. Jack Bauer’s assault on Logan’s motorcade
24‘s final season provided one of the most OMG moments of the series when one-man wrecking crew Jack Bauer, outfitted in the sweetest black assault leotard ever, went ballistic on Charles Logan’s vehicle procession.
24 has received five Emmy nominations for its final season, bringing it’s total nominations to 68 across the entire series run. Unfortunately no nominations were given to Kiefer Sutherland or Annie Wersching (both gave incredible performances), nor was 24 nominated for best drama.
Here’s a neat wallpaper that a 24 fan Craig made and sent into me. It features Jack Bauer in his terror gear uniform, which fans have dubbed “Iron Jack” or “Darth Bauer”. Something tells me this is gonna be a popular Halloween costume.

Three days after this casting call was posted, Davoli excitedly tweeted “I BOOKED 24!!!” and on March 22 he posted a message to his Facebook fan group saying “Great time shooting 24 today. Stay tuned for episode #22.”
These were taken yesterday meaning they’re for the episode 21/22 pair. Nothing really all that spoiler-ish here, just some NYPD cars. But hey, at least it’s something. Thanks to Bettychoochoo for the pics.
From tipsters, they are shooting (literally) inside of a Macy’s with SWAT teams involved. President Hassan’s mistress Meredith Reed (Jennifer Westfeldt) is also said to be back.
they were filming in the macy’s freight elevator and then a shooting scene in a faux coffee shop inside macys! we saw hassan’s mistress in the show also and now we are trying to figure out how the storyline all plays out!! a fun afternoon!
