Fox has yet to officially announce whether 24 will end its eight-season run this May but clues continue to pop up that suggest otherwise. Here’s the latest: a casting call for the role of a U.N. secretary general on 24 went out to talent agencies this week and included an advisory: “These are the final episodes, so if some of your name people would like to do something on the show, this is the time for them to do it.”
This can be taken one of two ways – the final episodes of the season, or the final episodes of the series. It doesn’t sound too promising though: when read in context, the casting call is basically telling actors ‘now is your last chance to be on 24‘.

[FEMALE RUSSIAN SOLDIER / MERCENARY #3] Russian woman in her late 20s to late 30s, who is working with the male Russian soldiers/mercenaries to try to ambush Jack Bauer sptv050769. Must be able to do a slight Russian accent. In Episode 21…NICE CO STAR ROLE.
ALI – Middle Eastern in his late 20’s to early 40’s, he is the right hand Lieutenant to the head of the opposition to President Hassan (Anil Kapoor). Ali believes in the cause and has no problem killing or being killed to accomplish it for his boss, Samir. Will be in several episodes.

MISTAKEN IDENTITY MAN – 30’s Caucasian, he is a drug dealer who is mistaken for another character by a sniper. This character should be very fair in coloring – ie blonde,or red hair, blue eyes or even albino if possible – anywhere from 5’10 to 6’.
MEHRAN – Middle Eastern, in his mid 20s to mid 40s, he is the leader of operatives in an Islamic country working against the President (Anil Kapoor). Mehran is very charismatic but dangerous. Introduced in one scene in Episode 8, this character will be in multiple episodes… GUEST STAR.

DIMITRI – Eastern European, in his mid 30s to mid 40s, he is an enforcer for our “European Godfather.” Dimitri is introduced in Episode 5 and will return in Episode 8 where he has an intense encounter with Jack Bauer. Cannot be any taller than 5’11” and should have a slight Eastern European accent.. GUEST STAR.
