Actress Sarah Hollis will be portraying Susan, a Presidential Aide in eight episodes of 24 Season 8. Her first appearance is in episode 14 on Monday March 29th.
Also making her first appearance in episode 14 is Christina Cox who plays Secret Service Agent Molly O’Connor.

24 is bringing in a TV veteran to help save Jack’s latest (and possibly last) bad day: Eriq La Salle has signed on to appear in this season’s final two episodes, sources confirm to me exclusively.
The former ER doc will play the charming and regal UN Secretary General.

Meet 24‘s new bad guy. 68-year-old German actor Jürgen Prochnow will terrorize New York City as Jack Bauer’s newest nemesis, Bazhaev. Perhaps best known as the submarine commander of 1981′s Das Boot, Prochnow’s ruthless character will head up an Eastern European organized crime syndicate that becomes part of the action.
“He’s essentially a Godfather,” says executive producer Howard Gordon, who teases that President Charles Logan (Gregory Itzin) could likely make a return in the new season. “He’s out there somewhere.” Sounds like Jack’s going to have his hands full.

The sixth season of “24″ has added yet another actor to its already sprawling cast, with Jamison Jones taking a recurring role on the show.
Jones has signed on to play the head of President Wayne Palmer’s (DB Woodside) Secret Service detail, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The show is scheduled to return to FOX on Sunday, Jan. 14 with a two-night premiere spanning four hours.
The casting is actually a return trip to “24″ for Jones; he had a small role as a deputy in two episodes of the show’s second season. His other credits include guest spots on “Crossing Jordan,” “NCIS” and “Alias” and the feature film “He Was a Quiet Man,” which is due for release sometime next year.

Eddie Izzard as Darren McCarthy in 24 Season 6
HOLLYWOOD – Emmy award winner Eddie Izzard is no longer part of the hit TV drama 24 — after completing only one day of filming.
The cross-dressing comedian quietly parted with the show and is currently working on his upcoming TV series The Riches with fellow Brit Minnie Driver, which was picked up by FX in September.
Izzard has been replaced by British actor David Hunt, husband of former Everybody Loves Raymond star Patricia Heaton.
Hunt will take over the role and play a villainous accomplice on the show, named McCarthy.
