Here’s a behind the scenes movie from the 24 series wrap. (NOTE: The first 20 seconds have no audio, that’s just the way the video is).
Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, showrunner Howard Gordon, crew members Rodney Charters, Marci Michelle, and more are visible. 24 co-creator Joel Surnow showed up too and gives Kiefer a hug. Loved the “damnit” cake.
Today was the final day of production on 24 after nine years – the end of an era. Very sad to watch this unfold *ahem* in real-time on Twitter with all of the cast and crew saying their emotional goodbyes. It really started to sink in that this was the end. To the cast and crew of 24, thanks for all the memories.
Annie Wersching (Renee Walker):

It seems like something really huge happens in episode 18 because the entire cast and crew seem extremely excited about it and can’t wait to tease us poor fans! Here is a roundup of some of the tweets and blog posts from them:
All I have to say is I can’t wait for April 19th!!! That’s when you’ll see the amazing stuff being shot today..remember these tweets then!!!
Episode 18 has always been a major hour for 24, with either a HUGE moment or a shocking twist leading into the final storyline arc. Episode 18 of season 3 had Chapelle being executed. In season 5 it was President Logan being evil, and season 7 episode 18 ended with Tony Almeida smothering Larry Moss.
Those moments will be pretty hard to top, it will be very interesting to see what happens in this episode.
