Good news – you may remember the story we posted earlier this month about 24 (and all other FOX shows) expiring from Netflix on April 1st. Well, that did indeed happen early this morning, but only for about an hour or two. The titles are back online and staying put for the next several years.

Netflix announced on their blog today that they’ve made a multi-year partnership with FOX which gives them access to all those old shows AND new ones like Glee Season 1, the first two seasons of Sons of Anarchy, and (gasp) The Wonder Years with more seasons being added every year. Nicely done Netflix!

YES!!! Finally, something goes right. As an avid 24 fan, this is very positive news. 24 was a very influential show and it redefined the one hour drama format. And at the risk of sounding corny: it made me get off my butt and go back to school and on to law school, so I could leave the post office and become an investigator with another agency.
