Kiefer Sutherland on Live with Kelly and Michael

Kiefer Sutherland was interviewed on Live with Kelly and Michael this morning. He talks about living in London, his daughter, the numerous injuries he’s had while working on “24”, and more. Watch the full interview below:

When asked about returning for 24: Live Another Day, Kiefer said “I was very scared. We were very proud of what we accomplished and then we had put it away. And the idea of pulling it out and opening it up again, and taking the risk of it not being really special made me very nervous. And it took about three days of shooting before I kinda settled into it.

And now I’m so excited that we did it because we finished eight episodes and I’m very proud of those. We’ve got four more to bring it home and I hope you guys enjoy it as much as we’ve enjoyed making it.”

It does seem like almost all of the reviews are as much or more about the original series than LAD itself. I wish there would be a little more analysis on the new characters and storylines. Maybe that will happen as the season progresses and the newer characters like Margot and Simone get more screen time.
