No Tony….are we even surprised at this point?

No photos of Tony – so he’s probably in it for all of 5 minutes which doesn’t warrant a photo

I know we’re all joking about Tony a lot but…really…is it not warranted? So far, Tony’s return has been more useless than ANY of Kim’s returns. Even her return in Season 5 had more purpose because of the effect it had on Jack’s character. In Season 7 she spent and ENTIRE couple of episodes in an airport and STILL ended up doing something useful in it.

THAT…is SAD.

Tony Almeida is practically the only character that many 24 fans would accept as a new 24 lead and has arguably just as large a fan following as Jack…

Even IF Tony’s last two episodes are downright EPIC and MINDBLOWING it won’t change the fact that the creators absolutely mistreated and disrespected his character in 24 Legacy. Hell–they’ve BEEN mistreating his character since Season 5 and haven’t stopped.

Even their writing of Tony has been horrendous:

-Season 7: He’s suddenly as ruthless and murderous and sociopathic as Nina Myers and Mandy

-Legacy: He’s suddenly back to being the old Tony as if Season 7 never happened. I WANTED good Tony back but I also wanted a GOOD storyline wrapped around it. Spend one minute of Tony lamenting over his past crimes…SOMETHING…

*Sigh* Oh, well. The best we can hope for at this point is some form of redemption for Tony. What a shame it’s going to be handled so sloppily by these writers.

Seriously, these writers really lost their way with this show and, as a 24 veteran fan all the way back in 2001, this hurts…

So the DNI guy will probably get more screen time than Tony…?

Wow…an actual picture where Tony may actually be doing something!

Too bad for us, though–that laser gives us hope….what we don’t realize, though, is that it’s just Tony playing laser tag.

(Laughs) That is a good one! Ha! I hope that Tony gets back into his roots again, his character is too good to be pushed aside. (Crosses fingers) let’s all hope next week will bring the moment we have been waiting for.

He IS too good to be pushed aside, yes. Is it sad that even Kim Bauer’s returns have had more purpose than Tony’s so far? That’s no lie either. THAT is a disgrace. Tony is pretty much right up there with Jack in terms of popularity. Fingers crossed.

It’s just laser pointers, like in the Breaking Bad finale.
Tony realises there’s no danger and calls it a day.

I still think it’s laser tag–gives the scene a LITTLE bit of action at least! :)

Carter: I’ve got this
Tony: Yah, arite.

Tony walks away.

LOL! Wow…Carlos deserved better than this. He definitely has that “Screw it–at least I got paid for this sh!t.” look at on his face during all those interviews.

Or, plot twist: That’s just a stylish graphic they put on the image and it isn’t actually in the shot with Tony.

Could be. For all we know, Tony arrives after the bad guys were taken out by Carter, says: “Hell with this, Sidra–let’s get some pancakes” and drives away.

I saw this a few weeks back, I wonder if this is from the future episodes of 24L.

I can only assume that he is apart of some action sequences. From taking place outside at night, and that laser beam from a rifle? I am looking forward to it if this is the case.

The duct tape on Donovan’s mouth in the final photo looks clean and neat. I have made many art projects in my day and it never applied that neat and uniform.

Is anyone else getting a malwarebytes warning message when they access the 24 Spoiler’s website? This is the only page that I have open in my browser and it flags a warning every 10-15 seconds.

Nope, no warnings on my end.

No warnings for me and I tried two computers and two different browsers.

Methinks you’ve got a virus, dude.

Kurt Cobain is alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest scanning your computer as I’m fairly confident those warning messages aren’t coming from this site. I tested almost a dozen different services (Sucuri, Google Safe Browsing, Norton Safe Web, etc) and everything came up perfectly fine with no issues reported.

Very weird. I have 2 paid subscriptions (one to Malwarebytes and another to Hitman Pro Alert) for the last year or so and neither caught or removed any threat. In light of your comments here I downloaded a free trial copy of Kaspersky and it found one infection. (Win32.Pasta) This must have been it as I have not gotten any more messages over the last few days.

Back in my day Michelangelo was a threat. I am surprised that Malwarebytes nor Hitman caught it. However, reading up, I don’t think this software was aimed at viruses despite my initial impression.

Tony is just outside at a mall parking garage and that laser is from his Cheesecake Factory buzzer to tell him his table is ready.

Episode 10 will have him take the phone call from Keith. Episode 11 will have him driving on the road but get lost. Episode 12 will have him arrive, evade the sniper, but only to have Eric Carter take out the bad guys.

And Tony’s redemption scene will be something lame such as him saving Rebecca or something. ZZZZZZ….

Do you think Donald Simms could be the goverment official mentioned in E11?

Does anyone else think Sidra might be connected to Naseri? Will they rehash the plot where he has to kill her like he did Kara in the Season 7 finale?

It’s possible…

Then Naseri pulls off his mask “Scoobie Doo style” to reveal its been Alan Wilson all along. He then says ” I would of gotten away with it if it wasn’t for you meddling CTU kids.

what’s up with tony and the laser

It’s a frickin’ LASER beam!
